Recording and storing your funeral wishes so that they can be referred to and actioned upon when the time comes.
Contacting you if necessary to clarify or update your recorded wishes.
Notifying and Providing this information to the relevant parties (e.g. your designated representative or executor) to ensure your wishes are carried out. On supplying the contact details of your designated representative/executor/next of kin you agree that you have already contacted them and made them aware that you will be providing us with their contact details, If in doubt please submit your own details again and the stored information can be updated once permission has been sought.
